This cross-national study delves into the complexities of ethical decision-making within managerial contexts, comparing the practices and perspectives of managers in India and the United Kingdom. The globalized business environment demands a nuanced understanding of cultural influences on ethical decision-making, and this research seeks to contribute valuable insights to the field. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and in-depth interviews with managers from diverse industries in both countries. The primary objective is to identify the cultural, organizational, and individual factors that shape ethical decision-making processes among managers. By comparing the two distinct cultural contexts of India and the United Kingdom, the research aims to shed light on the similarities and differences in the ethical frameworks that guide managerial decision-making.
