Case Studies on Improving User Interaction and Satisfaction using AI-Enabled Chatbots for Customer Service

Numerous AI chatbots which have all together redefined the customer service industry have not only made it more satisfying for the customer but have also offered interactivity. Using the combination of natural language processing together with artificial intelligence, these chatbots provide timely specific assistance lowering the levels of customer dissatisfaction and aggravation, ultimately leading to service enhancement. Being particularly effective across domains is demonstrated through some case studies which could show up as increase in response times, successful problem solving and customer satisfaction ratings among others. With machine learning, these bots use past interactions with human beings to learn in a continuous manner and develop responses that can be even more efficient as time goes on.
