Abstract

As globalization continues to reshape the business landscape, supply chain management (SCM) has become a critical area of focus for businesses operating in emerging economies. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of supply chain management practices in two major emerging economies, India and China. The research explores the similarities, differences, challenges, and opportunities inherent in the supply chain strategies employed by companies in these nations.
